The Linda Vista Town Council's mission is to protect and enhance the quality of life
in Linda Vista and to promote the civic, commercial, educational, and cultural interests of our community. Our objectives are to provide a forum to discuss community issues, to act upon those issues, and to promote and inform our government leaders about our community's conserns and needs.

Tom Kaye Tom Kaye
President
Tom is a physical oceanographer who runs his own technical consulting business, since retiring from federal civil service and the Navy's Senior Executive Service. He and his wife have resided in Linda Vista since 1974 when he completed his Ph.D. at the University of Michigan.

Jeff Perwin
Vice-President, Webmaster
Jeff owns a Real Estate and Software/Website Company and serves as Chairman of the Linda Vista Planning Group, Board Member of the Linda Vista Recreation Council and Linda Vista Community Development Corp, President of the Kearny Mesa Kiwanis Club, and Executive Director for the San Diego Children's Coalition and San Diego International Students Association.
