The Linda Vista Planning Group (LVPG)
The Linda Vista Planning Group is officially recognized by the City of San Diego to advise and make recommendations to the City Council, the Planning Commission, City staff, and other governmental agencies on land use matters relating to the greater Linda Vista community.

All are welcome to attend any of our meetings, including our main meeting on the
4th Monday of each month to give your input and opinions as we discuss issues relating to Linda Vista and vote on new projects coming to our Community.

Committee Description

The purpose of the Linda Vista Community Maintenance Assessment District [LVCMAD] Committee is to advise the Linda Vista Planning Group [LVPG] and City staff about the community’s desires regarding the landscape beautification, enhancements, improvements, and maintenance of areas within the LVCMAD geographic boundaries. 

 

The committee also provides input to City staff when the annual budget is prepared and reports to the LVPG with a recommendation to support the proposed budget.

 

The LVCMAD committee monitors all contractual agreements for the District assuring that the community has the level of service it desires and that these services are provided in the most fiscally responsible fashion possible.
